Role Overview:

We are seeking a LinkedIn-savvy social media specialist to manage and grow two distinct LinkedIn business pages:

    A uniform company targeting clients in Saudi Arabia.
    A social solutions company focused on B2B services in Jordan.

Your goal will be to build brand authority, increase engagement, attract followers, and drive lead generation for both companies.
Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation:
        Develop tailored LinkedIn content strategies for each company based on their unique industries.
        Create and schedule engaging posts, including graphics, articles, and videos.
        Optimize posts for LinkedIn’s algorithm to maximize reach and engagement.

    Engagement & Community Building:
        Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations.
        Build connections with potential clients and partners through strategic outreach.

    Analytics & Reporting:
        Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, lead conversions).
        Provide bi-weekly reports with actionable insights for improvement.

    Lead Generation:
        Utilize LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
        Develop strategies to convert followers into leads for both companies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn business pages (examples required).
    Knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithm, tools, and best practices for engagement.
    Experience working with Saudi Arabian and Jordanian markets or similar regions.
    Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
    Strong written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
