We are seeking a skilled designer or illustrator to create realistic photo illustrations for three different room design options. The aim is to visualize both minimal updates and full remodels of a space, focusing on a fireplace and surrounding elements. Below are the specifications for each option:
Option 1: Minimal Update

    Paint wood accents (mantel, paneled breast up to the ceiling, and bookcases) in Sherwin Williams Storm Cloud.
    Paint surrounding drywall in SW Origami White.
    Paint all walls and the staircase area in the same neutral white.
    Replace the stone around the firebox with bluestone or dark gray marble.

Option 2: Full Remodel

    Install a custom stained wood mantel with cove molding for added depth.
    Extend bookshelves to the floor, painting the trim and interior in Benjamin Moore Englewood Cliffs.
    Surround the firebox with Soapstone or Black Diamond Quartzite.
    The whole fireplace breast will be built out and plastered in dark gray, matching the bookcases' interior.

Option 3: Full Remodel

    Create a brick fireplace breast extending from floor to ceiling, whitewashed or traditional brick.
    Replace entire bookcases with stained wood, extending them to the floor, with detailed wood trim.
    Add a cast stone fireplace surround, potentially matching it with the kitchen hood for a cohesive design.
    Install picture lights over each bookcase.
