Position Overview:
We are seeking an expert SOX Compliance Consultant to provide guidance on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SOX regulations, processes, and workflows, ensuring that our internal controls meet SOX requirements. The consultant will review current processes, identify gaps, conduct risk assessments, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

    Analyze and review current internal controls and processes for SOX compliance.
    Conduct risk assessments to identify gaps and weaknesses in existing processes.
    Provide expert recommendations and design control frameworks to ensure full SOX compliance.
    Review and improve SOX documentation and workflows.
    Collaborate with various departments to align business practices with SOX requirements.
    Train relevant staff on SOX best practices and control processes.
    Ensure ongoing compliance by monitoring and updating internal controls as needed.
    Prepare and present reports to management on findings and recommended improvements.

Qualifications:
