Job Description:
I am looking for an assistant who is knowledgeable in the design field (desired but not essential) and can assist with both creative tasks and administrative duties. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal business operations, with potential future involvement in client engagement for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management and Marketing:

    Schedule and post content across various social media platforms.
    Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
    Track and report on social media performance.
    Write compelling captions and copy.
    Assist with setting up email marketing campaigns and templates.

Design Assistance:

    Design graphics using Canva (and/or Adobe Suite).
    Assist in developing content calendars and strategies.
    Create and maintain templates for recurring needs.
    Make minor edits to designs.
    Organize and manage graphic assets.

Task Management:

    Manage tasks using platforms like ClickUp, Notion, and Motion.
    Ensure tasks meet deadlines.
    Support policy and procedure documentation.
    Assist with emails and scheduling.

Business Administration:

    Manage and prioritize emails.
    Schedule meetings and maintain the calendar.
    Organize and maintain digital files.
    Conduct file organization and audits.
    Respond to customer reviews.

Skills and Qualifications:

    Experience in social media management and content creation.
    Proficient in Canva (and/or Adobe Suite).
    Familiarity with time management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Motion).
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    Excellent communication skills in English.
    Creative thinker with attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Familiarity with Asana, Office 365, and Dropbox is a plus.

This role will start as a minimal part-time position, with the potential for growth for the right candidate.
