Job Description:

We are an asset protection business seeking a fully licensed lawyer to review and sign off on legal work related to our client asset protection plans. This role involves providing legal oversight and ensuring the compliance of legal documents prepared for clients. As a licensed lawyer, you will work alongside a Financial Advisor, Accountant, and myself (acting as a consultant) to ensure all aspects of the asset protection plans are legally sound.
Key Responsibilities:

    Review Legal Documents:
        Examine asset protection plans and other legal documents prepared by our team to ensure they meet all legal requirements.

    Sign Off on Work:
        Provide your professional sign-off on legal elements of each project, validating the legal accuracy and compliance.

    Consultation:
        Collaborate with our team to discuss and review the legal aspects of each plan as needed.

Qualifications:

    Licensing:
        Fully licensed to practice law and provide legal advice independently.

    Experience:
        Strong background in business law, asset protection, and legal compliance.

    Skills:
        Proficiency in contract review, legal document drafting, and communication.

Compensation:

    Percentage:

        10% of the quoted price of each asset protection plan reviewed.

        Example: For a $10,000 AUD plan, you will earn $1,000 AUD, with $500 AUD received upon initial review and the remaining $500 AUD upon full implementation if the client proceeds.

Work Frequency:

    Work may be required as frequently as daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on client projects.
