Position: Virtual Assistant (Remote, Part-Time/Full-Time)

About Us:
ComodoGems is a growing online retail store on Shopify, specializing in both physical and digital products. We currently feature a diverse portfolio of 50 products and are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable Virtual Assistant to help optimize our product listings, manage order fulfillment, and drive overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing and Optimization:

    Create compelling and engaging product descriptions using strong copywriting skills.
    Implement SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and improve search engine rankings.
    Continuously update and optimize product listings to maximize conversion rates.

Order Management and Fulfillment:

    Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and availability.
    Process orders efficiently, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment.
    Track order performance and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion:

    Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotion.
    Collaborate on content creation and distribution to drive traffic and increase sales.

Analytics and Reporting:

    Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.

Plugin Setup and Configuration:

    Guide through the installation and configuration process of Shopify plugins.
    Ensure plugins are correctly set up to meet business needs.

Social Media Marketing:

    Create and manage business profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
    Develop engaging content including posts, stories, and ads.
    Run targeted ads on social media platforms using Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.

Ideal Candidate:

    Proven experience in managing and scaling Shopify stores.
    Familiarity with a variety of physical and digital products.
    Proficient in SEO and copywriting with a keen eye for detail.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
    Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
    Familiarity with e-commerce marketing tools and strategies.

Selected Permissions for ComodoGems Management by Virtual Assistant:

    Orders: View and manage orders, abandoned checkouts.
    Products: View, manage inventory, and handle gift cards.
    Content: Manage metaobject definitions and entries.
    Analytics: View reports and dashboards.
    Marketing: Create and delete campaigns.
    Discounts: Manage discounts.
    Online Store: Manage blog posts, pages, and navigation.
    Users: Manage requests.
    Store Settings: Manage shipping, delivery, taxes, duties, and store policies.
