Overview:

We are looking for a skilled programmer with a focus on big data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to lead a comprehensive data-driven project in the real estate sector. This role involves leveraging big data to analyze macro-level market trends, recognize investment patterns, and forecast future movements, initially focusing on the Florida real estate market with potential expansion to other key U.S. states. Responsibilities:

    Data Collection & Processing: Gather and clean large volumes of real estate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
    Algorithm Development: Design AI algorithms for market trend analysis and future trend forecasting.
    Investment Analysis: Use predictive analytics and pattern recognition to identify promising investment opportunities.
    Data Visualization: Create clear, impactful visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
    Scalability: Ensure the system is scalable and adaptable, allowing for easy integration of additional states beyond Florida.

Qualifications:

    Experience: Proficiency in AI, machine learning, and big data analytics; experience in real estate analytics is a plus.
    Programming Skills: Strong skills in Python or R, with experience in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    Visualization Tools: Knowledge of visualization libraries and tools (e.g., Tableau, Plotly, Matplotlib) for clear data presentation.
