Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to handle our Instagram, TikTok, and possibly YouTube accounts for various brands. The initial focus will be on posting existing memes and trending content from related industry accounts, Reddit, and other recommended sources. Your role will be to curate and post engaging content to build our audience and establish a strong presence on these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

    Research and source memes and trending content relevant to our industry (e.g., power tools and related fields).
    Recreate or repost content tailored to our brand voice while adhering to platform guidelines.
    Manage daily postings (1-2 posts per day) consisting of both photos and videos.
    Track and analyze engagement metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.
    Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with our brand identity.

What We’re Looking For:

    Proven experience managing similar accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
    Ability to independently find, adapt, and post content that resonates with audiences.
    Examples of accounts, videos, or posts you have managed or created.
    Knowledge of social media trends and how to leverage them to increase engagement.
    A self-starter who can work remotely and take initiative.

Bonus Skills:

    Familiarity with Reddit or other meme-rich platforms.
    Basic editing skills for photos and videos.
    Experience with multiple industries and creating systems for social media growth.

Additional Details:

    Initially, this role will focus on curating and posting existing content. Once successful, we plan to expand to other industries and accounts.
