Job Description:

Zoo Zy Pet Food, a leading manufacturer of premium air-dried dog food and treats, is seeking an experienced In fluencer Marketing Specialist to establish partnerships with small dog breeders and dog clubs across Europe. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and managing the collaboration process.

Responsibilities:

    Outreach & Relationship Building: Identify small dog breeders and dog clubs (focusing on middle-sized breeds up to 10kg) in the EU region.
    Negotiation: Negotiate partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits for both Zoo Zy Pet Food and our partners.
    Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements with breeders and clubs.
    Program Management: Coordinate the distribution of free samples and monitor the affiliate program and discounts for partners.
    Incentive Strategy: Implement a combination of fixed-price success fees and commission-based incentives for each partnership established.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in in fluencer marketing, specifically in developing partnerships.
    Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    A network within the pet industry, particularly among breeders and clubs, is a plus.
    Based in Europe and knowledgeable about the EU market.

Compensation:

    Fixed success fee for each partnership established, or
