The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trademark application process across these jurisdictions and the ability to navigate potential challenges effectively.
Responsibilities:

    Guide the trademark application process for our brand in various jurisdictions.
    Conduct comprehensive trademark searches to assess the registrability of our trademark name.
    Prepare and file trademark applications, responding to any office actions or oppositions.
    Advise on best practices for protecting our brand internationally.
    Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations concerning trademark registration.

Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
    Proven track record in trademark registration and intellectual property law.
    Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
    Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
