About Us:
We are a growing team of ad creative experts working with DTC & Ecommerce Brands spending over $100k monthly on advertising. We specialize in psychology-based, conversion-focused ad creatives that improve our clients' advertising performance. Due to increasing demand, we're looking to expand our team with a passionate and driven marketer who is eager to grow in the industry.

Who We’re Looking For:
An entry/intermediate level marketer with some experience in Meta or TikTok Ads, eager to learn and contribute to the success of industry-leading ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in creative strategy, a keen understanding of copywriting, and a desire to master the art of high-performing ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

    Assist with ad campaign management and creative strategy on Meta and TikTok Ads.
    Write UGC (User-Generated Content) scripts and ad copy that align with the psychology of our target audience.
    Collaborate with the team to create high-converting ad creatives.
    Continuously learn and adapt to new advertising trends, tools, and strategies through training and resources.
    Be proactive in improving campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and creative optimizations.

Requirements:

    Some level of experience with Meta or TikTok Ads.
    Excellent English skills, especially in copywriting and UGC scriptwriting.
    Available to work at least 5-6 hours per day, part-time, with potential to evolve into a full-time position.
    Passion for growth in the ecommerce marketing space and a desire to become a rockstar creative strategist.
    Self-motivated, driven to learn, and committed to becoming a better marketer.
    Not looking for trial and error; you must have a strong interest in marketing and ad creative strategy.
