Position Overview:
As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating branded content in the form of solo images, carousels, and infographics. You will need to align with our brand’s style, color scheme, and themes, and be able to deliver content that stands out on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

    Solo Images:
        Recreate diagrams or charts provided, ensuring they match our branded style.
        Use basic illustration/drawing skills to accurately represent content.

    Carousels:
        Design multi-page carousels based on provided text.
        Creatively highlight key areas while maintaining a minimalist and on-brand design.

    Infographics:
        Design informative and engaging infographics (less frequent but will increase).
        Ensure infographics are visually appealing and convey information clearly.

    Sizing and Formats:
        Deliver images/carousels in the appropriate sizes for Instagram and LinkedIn.

Skills and Qualifications:

    Design Skills:
        Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
        Basic illustration/drawing skills to recreate parts of diagrams or images.
        Keen eye for design and attention to detail.

    Creative Abilities:
        Ability to come up with new concepts and find appropriate imagery.
        Creative insights and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.

    Technical Skills:
        Experience with creating social media graphics.
        Understanding of platform-specific requirements for Instagram and LinkedIn.
