Project Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer with experience in ad creation and still photo editing. The successful candidate will assist with the design and development of promotional ads, creating visually engaging still images with text boxes and other graphic elements, aligned with our business objectives. The work will include creating different variations of ads for both static images and carousels, while ensuring that all designs are consistent with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

    Conceptualize, design, and create still ads, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with the overall brand message.
    Edit and enhance photos for promotional use, incorporating text boxes, branding, and other graphic elements.
    Create variations of ads to test different marketing angles and optimize engagement.
    Design carousel posts for social media that maintain visual consistency and communicate key messages effectively.
    Collaborate with the client to understand ad objectives, brand voice, and target audience, ensuring all designs meet these needs.

Requirements:

    Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in graphic design, ad creation, and photo editing.
    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent design tools.
    Experience in creating ads that include text boxes, infographics, and carousels.
    A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all designs are polished, professional, and visually impactful.
    Experience in working with marketing content and applying branding guidelines.
    Ability to manage multiple ad designs and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
