Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced in-house counsel to join our team. The primary responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing communications for emails and various situations behind the scenes. Additionally, the role may involve updating our engagement scopes and terms and conditions (T&Cs).

Responsibilities:

    Draft appropriate and professional communications for emails and various situations.
    Review and update engagement scopes and terms and conditions as needed.
    Provide legal advice and support to the team on a variety of matters.
    Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all communications and documents.
    Handle any legal issues that arise and provide guidance on mitigating risks.

Key Skills:

    Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
    In-depth knowledge of contract law and terms and conditions.
    Ability to review and update legal documents to ensure compliance and clarity.
    Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Good understanding of professional services industry regulations and requirements is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience working in the professional services industry.
    Previous experience as in-house counsel or similar roles.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with a state bar association.
