I currently own both a UK Ltd and a US LLC and am in the process of moving the majority of my operations to the US. As part of this transition, I plan on hiring full-time employees in the US and need assistance with the following:

    Employee Payroll and Taxes:
        I need guidance on how to set up payroll for US employees, including how to handle employee taxes, social security, and other obligations.
        What official documentation and registrations are required to legally employ staff in the US?

    US Bank Account for my LLC:
        I would also like assistance with setting up a US bank account for my LLC to facilitate operations.

Could you please provide support or direction on how to complete these tasks? I am looking for someone to help me manage this transition smoothly.
