Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Specialist with extensive experience in marketing automation, web hook automation, and customer journey optimization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using tools like Twilio, Make, and Mail chimp, and capable of developing advanced automation flows and web hook integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

    Design and implement automation flows using Twilio for multiple video messaging and stages of customer interaction.
    Utilize Make to create sophisticated auto mations that integrate various platforms and plug into unsupported white label finance systems through web hooks.
    Develop and optimize customer journey strategies using Mail chimp or similar tools to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
    Collaborate closely with the founders to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer interactions based on deep insights and analytics.
    Manage web hook auto mations to trigger client communications at specific stages of the finance process.

Requirements:

    Proven track record in a similar role, with extensive experience in marketing automation, web hook automation, and customer journey optimization.
    Proficiency in using automation tools like Make, Twilio, and Mail chimp, with a strong capability to implement web hooks for unsupported systems.
