We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team and manage high-performing advertising campaigns across multiple verticals, including dietary supplements, VPN/AV, and e-commerce. This role is pivotal to our operations, requiring a results-driven individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Important Requirements:

    Location: You must currently reside in the Netherlands (ideally Amsterdam) or hold a valid Dutch work visa. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
    Office Work: You will be required to work in our Amsterdam office starting Q3 2025, with the option to begin immediately in-office or work remotely until then.

Key Responsibilities

    Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple verticals to achieve performance goals.
    Build and lead a team of 2-3 junior/entry-level campaign managers, overseeing their work and providing mentorship.
    Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    Develop strategies to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining ROI.
    Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign efforts with overall business objectives.
    Stay updated on industry trends and tools to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
    Familiarity with tools and platforms commonly used in online advertising (experience with specific tools is not mandatory but advantageous).
    Leadership experience, including hiring, training, and managing team members.
    Excellent communication and analytical skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
