Exterior Elevation Drawings Revisions

    Heights in Geodetic Elevation:
        Proposed Eave Height: The height of the eaves above the geodetic datum is shown.
        Building Height: The total building height above the geodetic datum is indicated.

    Grade Elevations:
        Natural Geodetic Grade Elevations: The original ground levels before any construction work are shown.
        Finished Geodetic Grade Elevations: The ground levels after construction is completed are indicated.

    Calculations:
        UPO (Unprotected Opening) Calculations: Calculations for any unprotected openings (such as windows and doors) are provided to ensure compliance with building codes.
        RSI (R-value System International) Calculations: Calculations for the thermal resistance of building components to meet energy efficiency standards are included.

    Garage Height:
        Permitted Height: 12 feet.
        Proposed Height: 15 feet.
        The proposed garage height, which exceeds the maximum allowable flat roof height, is highlighted and may require special approval or variance.
