Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled animator to produce a 1-minute animated video illustrating a customer’s journey entering a customer service center for a utility electric and gas company. The animation should be visually engaging, professional, and effectively showcase the customer's experience.

Key Objectives:

    Create a clear and compelling visual narrative.
    Ensure the animation aligns with the company’s professional and customer-centric image.
    Highlight key moments of the customer's journey, from entering the center to resolving their issue.

Responsibilities:

    Develop a storyboard to outline the animation flow.
    Design and animate characters, environment, and interactions to represent the scenario.
    Add text overlays or voiceovers (if applicable) to emphasize important elements.
    Deliver the final video in high-quality, suitable for online and internal presentations.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in creating professional animated videos (portfolio required).
    Proficiency in 2D or 3D animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya, Toon Boom).
    Strong skills in storytelling, character design, and visual communication.
    Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback.
    Adherence to project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience creating animations for corporate or utility sectors.
    Knowledge of customer service workflows and utilities industry concepts.
    Sound design or voiceover integration capabilities are a plus.
