We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing tasks efficiently while taking initiative and driving projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

    Calendar Management:
    Coordinate and manage the executive’s schedule, ensuring timely meetings, appointments, and events.

    Email Management:
    Monitor and manage the executive’s inbox, respond on their behalf, and prioritize important messages.

    Task and Project Management:
    Track and ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects, often requiring independent problem-solving and follow-up.

    Communication:
    Serve as a point of contact between the executive and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and relaying information as needed.

    Document Preparation:
    Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports as required.

    Research:
    Conduct research on various topics, providing concise summaries and recommendations.

    Administrative Support:
    Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

    Phone and Video Communication:
    Make and receive business calls via a VoIP system and participate in regular Zoom meetings with the camera on.

    Personal Assistance:
    Provide assistance to the CEO on personal tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
    Comfortable using phone and video conferencing tools like Zoom, with a professional on-camera demeanor.
    High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Availability:

    Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST), ideally between 8 AM - 6 PM (with flexibility to start an hour earlier or later).
    Preference for candidates who are already working within this time zone or a similar one.

Compensation:

    Pay range: $7.00 - $10.00 per hour based on proven experience and results.
    Guaranteed minimum of 5 hours per week, with a two-week advance notice for fewer hours.
    Initial workload may be 10-15 hours per week for the first two weeks.
