Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Coordinator to document and streamline business processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will implement and maintain efficient systems, optimize CRM usage, and work closely with the team to drive operational improvements. You will be responsible for training and supporting team members, onboarding new hires, and monitoring key operational metrics to ensure continuous progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Document and streamline business processes and workflows.
Implement and maintain systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage and optimize CRM systems (Zoho, Tango, etc.) and create visual blueprints (Lucid Maps, Excel, Gantt charts) to enhance workflows.
Collaborate with the team to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
Provide training and support to ensure consistent task execution.
Serve as the central point of contact for operational queries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Monitor operational metrics and provide reports to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in operations or project management roles.
Proficient in using CRM and project management software (Zoho, Lucid Maps, Excel, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in process documentation, workflow optimization, and lean methodologies.
Familiarity with Six Sigma principles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with teams in the Philippines and Australia.
