Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to design and develop user interfaces for digital banking applications. The ideal candidate will enhance usability, engagement, and overall user experience by conducting user research, creating wireframes, and collaborating closely with developers to implement designs.
Responsibilities

    Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile banking applications.

Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within fintech or digital banking domains.
    Technical Skills:
        Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
        Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
        Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
    Soft Skills:
        Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
        Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
        Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

    Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    Experience with fintech or banking applications.
    Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
