Overview:
We are seeking an India-based expert in Meta Ads Management and online advertising who has proven experience in the stock market, stock trading, and stock brokerage industries. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of the financial sector and be capable of designing highly targeted ad campaigns to attract and engage audiences interested in trading, investments, and stock brokerage services.
Key Responsibilities:

    Meta Ads Management:
        Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram tailored for the stock market and trading niche.
        Develop compelling ad strategies targeting retail investors, traders, and potential brokerage clients.
        Leverage audience insights to drive conversions and increase engagement.
    Content Creation & Collaboration:
        Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop ads with a financial tone, showcasing expertise in trading and brokerage services.
        A/B test ad creatives to identify the most effective campaigns.
    Audience Targeting:
        Build custom and lookalike audiences relevant to the trading and stock market sector.
        Use advanced retargeting techniques to capture leads and convert them into active clients.
    Performance Analysis & Reporting:
        Track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
        Generate detailed reports for stakeholder review with recommendations for improvement.
    Industry Expertise:
        Stay updated with trends in stock markets, trading platforms, and brokerage services to create campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Qualifications:

    Mandatory: Previous experience in stock market, trading, or brokerage (minimum 2+ years).
    Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and audience segmentation.
    Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance within the financial sector.
    Familiarity with financial products, trading terminology, and investor behavior in India.
    Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns in the stock market domain.
    Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign performance metrics.
