Role Overview:
As a Virtual Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be a key player in driving sales initiatives and supporting marketing strategies that enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

    Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.

    Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner.

Client Support:

    Follow up with clients post-proposal to refine and address any questions.
    Work with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of updates and improvements.

Marketing:

    Content creation knowledge is a must.
    Proficiency in digital and social media marketing.
    Assist in formulating and executing marketing strategies.
    Use tools like CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
    Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
    Familiarity with design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing or a similar role.
