Role Details:

    Position: Content Creator (Full-time, Part-time, or Contract)
    Salary: PHP 40,000 - 100,000/month
    Location: Remote
    Performance Bonus: Achieve 100M views in 6 months to earn a PHP 500,000 bonus!

Responsibilities:

    Craft Viral Content: Develop short-form video concepts aligned with each model’s brand by leveraging trends, memes, and audience insights.
    Collaborate with Models: Work directly with Instagram models to highlight their unique personalities and styles.
    Script and Direct: Create catchy hooks/captions, guide on-camera talent, and ensure the vision is realized during shoots.
    Edit Videos: Use tools like Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar to deliver polished, platform-ready content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more.
    Track Trends: Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt to algorithm changes.
    Analyze & Optimize: Use performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

    Proven Success: Showcase your track record of creating viral content (links or case studies required).
    Technical Expertise: Strong skills in video editing and direction; proficiency with Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
    Creative Storytelling: Mastery of concise, engaging storytelling for short-form videos.
    Collaborative Skills: Confidence in directing and working with on-camera talent.
    Goal-Oriented: Focused on delivering content that resonates with an American male audience.
