About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Hacker to spearhead innovative marketing strategies that engage developers, foster a strong community, and expand our brand’s reach. This role is perfect for someone creative, data-driven, and deeply immersed in the developer ecosystem, with a knack for leveraging communities, influencer networks, partnerships, and ad platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Building

    Identify and actively engage with developer-centric communities (e.g., Reddit, Hacker News, Stack Overflow, GitHub).
    Foster meaningful discussions, share high-value content, and establish our brand as a trusted resource in DevOps and SaaS.

Influencer Outreach

    Build and maintain relationships with developer influencers, technical bloggers, and thought leaders in DevOps and SaaS.
    Coordinate product reviews, collaborations, and sponsored content to boost credibility and visibility.

Partnership Development

    Establish strategic co-marketing partnerships with complementary companies and platforms.
    Develop joint initiatives like blog posts, webinars, case studies, and cross-promotional campaigns to create mutual value and expand our reach.

Product Hunt & Launch Strategy

    Design and execute a Product Hunt launch plan to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion.
    Implement follow-up strategies to sustain momentum post-launch.

Ad Network Campaigns

    Plan, execute, and optimize targeted ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and developer-focused platforms.
    Analyze data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and ad spend for maximum impact.

Content Creation & Amplification

    Work with the team to produce engaging, shareable content (blogs, videos, infographics) tailored for developers and SaaS professionals.
    Amplify content reach via social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.

Establishing Best Practices

    Develop scalable growth strategies and playbooks for repeatable success.
    Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends, tools, and platforms relevant to developer engagement.

Who You Are:

    Deeply embedded in the developer community – you understand where developers hang out and how to engage them.
    Creative and data-driven, able to test, iterate, and scale growth strategies effectively.
    Experienced in B2B SaaS growth hacking, with a proven track record in developer-focused marketing.
    Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and community engagement tactics.
    Bonus points if you’ve launched a product on Product Hunt or grown developer communities from scratch.
