About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled freelancer with expertise in resolving issues related to website flagging on Instagram and Facebook. Your primary task will be to identify the reasons behind the flagging, work towards removing the website from the flagged lists, and ensure it complies with platform guidelines to prevent future issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Flagging Causes: Investigate the reasons behind the website being flagged on Instagram and Facebook (e.g., policy violations, suspicious activity, spam filters).
Develop and Implement Solutions: Create a clear action plan to rectify any issues that led to the website being flagged, following platform guidelines and best practices.
Communication with Platform Support: Manage and submit appeals to Instagram and Facebook's support teams to resolve the flagging issue and ensure the website is unflagged.
Prevention Strategies: Provide guidance on how to avoid future flagging, including website content, social media posts, or external links that might be triggering the platforms' flags.
Monitoring & Reporting: Continually monitor the website’s status on social media platforms and provide regular updates on progress. Ensure future compliance to prevent reoccurrence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Demonstrated experience resolving website flagging or account suspension issues on Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms.
Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of social media platform guidelines and typical causes of website flagging (such as spammy content, malicious links, or policy violations).
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to website flagging and social media compliance.
Communication Skills: Experience working with platform support teams and providing concise, effective appeals.
