The Role
We are hiring a Short-Form Video Editor to create 60 engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for $480. Success depends on your ability to:
Key Responsibilities:

    Deliver High-Quality Edits:
        Perform unique and high-quality edits that stand out and can’t be easily replicated.
        Use your creativity and technical skills to enhance engagement, watch time, and viewer retention.

    Understand Social Media Virality:
        Create content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
        Understand what makes videos go viral and incorporate those elements into your work.

    Adapt to Multiple Styles:
        Edit a variety of formats, including interviews, faceless content, talking heads, and more.
        Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn new editing styles quickly.

    Maintain Strong Communication:
        Be responsive and ensure a smooth collaboration process.
        Meet deadlines and adhere to our upload schedule.

    Analyze and Optimize:
        Share examples of your work with performance metrics (views, engagement rates, etc.).
        Iterate based on feedback to continuously improve the quality of the videos.

Qualifications:

    Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
    A proven track record of creating high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
    A creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
    Portfolio of past work, preferably with performance data demonstrating its success.
