We are seeking a highly skilled Ruby on Rails developer to assist with both maintenance and the development of new features on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

    Maintenance and Updates: Regularly maintain existing applications, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
    Feature Development: Design and implement new features according to project specifications.
    Problem-Solving: Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring stability and performance.
    Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough testing using RSpec to ensure robustness.
    Collaboration: Work with the team to understand requirements and provide solutions that align with business goals.
    Continuous Integration: Utilize CircleCI for continuous integration and deployment processes.

Requirements:

    Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
    Technical Skills: Proficient in HAML, CoffeeScript/Vanilla JavaScript, Delayed Job, and RSpec.
    Version Control: Strong experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
    CI/CD: Familiarity with CircleCI or similar continuous integration tools.
    Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems independently and provide high-quality solutions.
    Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
