Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound communication with renters who are interested in booking accommodation through our platform. You will be responsible for providing prompt and professional assistance, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

    Handle inbound and outbound calls from renters with queries related to accommodation bookings.
    Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to renters.
    Address and resolve any issues or concerns with a positive and proactive attitude.
    Perform administrative tasks related to bookings and customer interactions.
    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
    Document and track interactions and resolutions in the system.

Skills and Qualifications:

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
    High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
    Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
    Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
