Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Reputation Management Specialist to enhance our presence on LinkedIn, G2, and Chapter. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our profiles, gathering authentic reviews, and implementing effective strategies to improve our overall ratings.
Key Responsibilities

    Optimize company profiles on LinkedIn, G2, and Chapter to reflect our brand image and values.
    Develop and execute strategies to gather genuine customer reviews and feedback.
    Monitor and manage our online reputation, responding to reviews and engaging with our audience.
    Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of reputation management strategies and adjust as needed.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to align reputation management efforts with overall branding initiatives.

Qualifications

    Proven track record in reputation management, particularly on LinkedIn, G2, and Chapter.
    Strong understanding of online review processes and customer engagement strategies.
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to write persuasive content.
    Experience with reputation monitoring tools and analytics platforms.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
