About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to handle our online presence for a busy tattoo studio. Your role will be to engage with our audience, create compelling content, and ensure seamless communication with potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging posts (photos, videos, reels, stories) showcasing our artists' work, behind-the-scenes, and client testimonials.
    Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
    Client Communication: Assist with email inquiries and appointment bookings.
    Social Media Growth: Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach across Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
    Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights on how to improve engagement and visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

    Proven experience in social media management, preferably in tattoo, beauty, or creative industries.
    Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok (experience with social media tools like Later, Hoot suite, or Buffer is a plus).
    Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    Ability to write engaging captions and understand brand voice.
    Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or Cap Cut experience is a bonus!).
    Passion for tattoo culture and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Nice to Have:

    Experience working in a tattoo, beauty, or art-related business.
    Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and paid social ads.
    Ability to manage influence collaborations and cross-promotions.
