We are an established IT company that regularly undertakes a variety of projects requiring DevOps expertise. We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing and future projects. Your role will be crucial in managing our infrastructure, optimizing deployment processes, and ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

2. CI/CD Pipeline Development:
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment.
- Integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scans into the CI/CD process.

3. Monitoring and Logging:
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
- Set up logging and performance monitoring to ensure system reliability and proactive issue resolution.

4. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices.
- Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, - - VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

5. Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Document infrastructure, processes, and configurations to maintain clarity and facilitate maintenance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Proficiency in containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant DevOps or cloud technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
