    Drawing Skills: Ability to draw with proportionality and attention to detail.
    Color and Lighting: Strong understanding of lighting and color theory.
    Communication: Disciplined with excellent communication skills.
    Adaptability: Willingness to accept new challenges and learn new techniques.
    Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
    Equipment: Must have a pen tablet and a personal laptop/PC.
