Key Responsibilities:
Lead Simple Management: Efficiently manage leads, track communications, and ensure timely follow-ups using Lead Simple.

Tenant Communication: Respond to tenant inquiries, handle maintenance requests, and provide general support as needed.
Phone Call Management: Answer phone calls and address inquiries (compensation for phone calls will be separate from other duties).
Qualifications:
Experience with Lead Simple: Prior experience using Lead Simple for property management tasks is a must.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with tenants and clients.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software and tools related to property management.
Probation Period: There will be a 90-day probation period to assess if we are a good fit for each other. This period allows us to evaluate your performance and ensure the role meets your expectations.
Compensation:
Base Hours: Starting at 20 hours per month.
Phone Calls: Compensation for phone call management duties will be separate from other virtual assistant tasks.
