Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources Management
        Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

    Minute-Level Pay Compliance
        Ensure payroll processes meet minute-level accuracy and adhere to regulatory standards.

    Payroll & Accounting Support
        Partner with the finance team to process accurate payroll and manage related accounting activities.

    Employee Well-being & Culture Development
        Implement initiatives to promote a positive workplace and enhance employee satisfaction.

    Legal & Policy Compliance
        Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies, conduct audits, and propose improvements.

    Operational Leadership
        Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day HR operations and office management tasks.

Additional Opportunities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA in HR preferred).
    Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
