We are seeking a talented and creative 3D designer to help us bring our dream home to life. This project involves designing both the exterior and interior of our house. We are looking for someone who can not only execute our vision but also provide innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall design.

Scope of Work:

    Living Room
    Passage Way
    En-suite Bathroom
    Main Bathroom
    Master Bedroom
    Bedroom 1
    Bedroom 2/Office
    Lean-to
    Front Drive
    Garden

Responsibilities:

    Create detailed 3D designs for the exterior and interior of the house.
    Provide creative ideas and suggestions for what will work best in each space.
    Collaborate closely to understand and execute our vision.
    Make as many changes as necessary until the design meets our expectations.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in 3D design, particularly in home design projects.
    Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in interior and exterior design.
    Creative thinking and the ability to offer innovative solutions.
    Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and understand our needs.
    Ability to manage multiple revisions and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
