Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a full range of Google Ads services, including initial audits, strategy formulation, implementation, optimization, and reporting. This role requires managing multiple client accounts and ensuring each client receives personalized, data-driven ad campaigns that deliver results.

Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive initial audits of new client accounts to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
    Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies tailored to each client's specific goals.
    Manage Google Ads campaigns across various industries, including search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
    Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance, achieve KPIs, and maximize ROI.
    Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
    Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, communicate progress, and adjust strategies as necessary.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
    Maintain a systematic and organized approach to managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, preferably in an agency setting.
    In-depth expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, video, and shopping ads.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
    Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently while delivering high-quality results.
    Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools for tracking and optimizing performance.
    Google Ads certification is required.
