Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled designer to develop a comprehensive brand style guide for our consulting business, Magnolia Psycho Metrics, specializing in data science and psychometrics. The guide should reflect our brand identity and provide clear guidelines for logo usage, typography, color palette, and examples of our work.
Scope of Work:

    Logo Variations:
        Refine the existing logo to create complementary variations for both "light" and "dark" modes.
        Develop logo+text variations that incorporate a selected open-source font for the text "magnolia psycho metrics."
        Maintain the original geometry of the logo while possibly adjusting colors and removing the circular element if necessary.
        Deliverables:
            Two variations of the logo+text ("dark mode" + "light mode").
            A standalone version of the logo without text.

    Typography:
        Select and specify primary and secondary fonts for headers, body text, and accent text.
        Provide usage guidelines and variations for both "light" and "dark" modes.

    Color Palette:
        Develop a primary and secondary color palette with specific color codes (e.g., HEX, RGB).
        Include usage rules for each color.
        Identify supportive colors for data visualization that harmonize with the core color palette.

    Examples (Optional):
        Create a mock-up of a data science report that includes different charts, texts, and design elements that align with the brand style guide.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in branding and graphic design.
    Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design, typography, and color theory.
    Familiarity with open-source fonts and color systems.
    Excellent communication skills for collaboration and feedback.
