Job Description:
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Media Buyer specializing in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising for lead generation. This role is an opportunity to work across diverse industries, crafting high-impact campaigns that drive quality leads and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Strategize and execute effective ad campaigns on Meta platforms, tailored to diverse industries such as home water filtration, property development, and pressure washing services.
Audience Targeting: Create advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies for optimal performance.
Creative Collaboration: Implement and test various ad formats, including carousel, video, and lead form ads, aligning with provided creatives and messaging.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Optimization: Continuously refine campaigns to lower cost-per-lead (CPL) and improve conversions.
Retargeting: Collaborate with the team to develop retargeting flows that move prospects through the funnel, ensuring seamless lead-to-customer journeys.
Requirements:
Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta advertising with a focus on lead generation.
Analytical Mindset: Strong capability in data interpretation and optimization based on performance metrics.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with ad formats, A/B testing, and audience research tools.
Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication for progress updates and client interaction.
Flexibility: Ability to manage campaigns for different industries with unique goals and target markets.
Target Audience and Campaign Scope:
Client 1: Nationwide audience for whole-home water filtration solutions.
Client 2: Australia-wide lead generation for property development opportunities.
Client 3: Sydney Metro audience for pressure washing services.
Budget and Compensation:
This is an ongoing position with payment based on your experience. Options include an hourly rate or project-based pricing.
Interview Process:
As part of the hiring process, we’ll ask you to create a high-level lead generation strategy based on a provided client brief. This task will showcase your understanding of lead flow, customer journey optimization, and campaign structure.
