About Us:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer with proficiency in Figma to join our team. You will work closely with our founders to develop new features and enhance existing ones. The ideal candidate should be able to translate our vision and epics into beautiful, user-friendly designs. Experience in data visualization is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

    Design and Development:
        Design new product features and enhance existing ones using Figma.
        Translate vision and epics into detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
        Create intuitive and effective data visualizations to represent complex information.

    Collaboration:
        Work closely with our founders and development team to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
        Ensure design consistency with our brand guidelines across all features and updates.

    Quality Assurance:
        Review and test designs for usability and functionality.
        Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

Requirements:

    Technical Skills:
        Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
        Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
        Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
        Experience in data visualization is a significant plus.

    Soft Skills:
        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
        Ability to understand and interpret project requirements and user needs.
        Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
        Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
