Responsibilities:

    Design and develop a luxurious yet affordable collection of versatile day-to-night wear.
    Research and identify trends, fabrics, and materials to align with the brand's vision.
    Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for production.
    Collaborate with the team to ensure the designs meet brand standards and market demand.
    Work with manufacturers and suppliers to source fabrics and trims.
    Oversee prototype creation and provide feedback to achieve the desired fit and aesthetic.
    Stay updated on market trends and consumer preferences in women’s fashion.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a women’s fashion designer, preferably in day-to-night wear or similar categories.
    A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and versatile designs.
    Deep understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
    Proficiency in fashion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
