We are seeking an experienced YouTube Thumbnail artist to join our team for a long-term position with excellent benefits such as bonuses and raises based on quality work and performance. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality thumbnails by modeling them after successful competitor channels that we will provide.

Requirements:

    Fluent in English.
    Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
    Intermediate/Experienced graphic designer with proven skills.
    24-hour or less turnaround time for thumbnail creation.
    Willing to work long-term and grow within the team.
    Ability to model thumbnails after competitor channels while bringing creativity and originality.
