We are hiring 5 confident and articulate Consultants to serve as the voice of our company for potential clients. This role involves guiding warm leads through our eLearning solutions, building strong relationships, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Communication – Conduct engaging sales calls and presentations for potential clients.

🔹 Needs Analysis – Understand client needs to propose tailored eLearning solutions.

🔹 Solution Presentation – Clearly articulate the value of our services and how they address client challenges.

🔹 Relationship Building – Develop long-term connections with prospects to foster trust and loyalty.

🔹 Meeting Facilitation – Lead discussions on project scope, timelines, and expectations.

What You'll Do:

✅ Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, scheduling and conducting introductory calls.

✅ Deliver compelling sales presentations (online and in-person).

✅ Actively listen to client needs and effectively communicate tailored solutions.

✅ Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

✅ Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

✔️ Confident and engaging phone presence – ability to build rapport quickly

✔️ Strong active listening and needs analysis skills

✔️ Experience with eLearning concepts and technologies (preferred, but not required)

✔️ Proficiency with CRM software and online meeting tools
