We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to assist in converting PDF documents into accurate and well-organized Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent typing speed, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert PDF documents (both scanned and text-based) into Excel format with high accuracy.
Organize and structure data appropriately within Excel, ensuring proper formatting, alignment, and consistency.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the data throughout the process.
Review and cross-check data for accuracy, correcting any discrepancies or errors.
Manage multiple PDF to Excel conversion tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Communicate progress and challenges effectively to the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience with PDF to Excel conversion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data formatting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent typing skills with the ability to quickly and accurately transcribe data.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of basic data entry best practices and techniques.
Access to tools or software for handling PDF to Excel conversions (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, or similar).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other data entry tasks such as data cleaning, data validation, or database management.
Familiarity with data extraction techniques from scanned PDFs.
