My Ad Sense account for my YouTube channel has been disabled due to invalid traffic. I haven't done anything wrong, and the channel doesn't generate revenue anyway, so there’s no reason for me to drive artificial traffic to it. It has 50k subscribers.

I’m not too concerned about this, but I’ve started a new channel that is gaining good traction.

I appealed the decision, but it was denied, and I was informed that I'm not allowed to open another account. Can anyone help with the appeal?
