About the Role:

    Design eye-catching graphics, engaging marketing texts, and compelling video content.
    Drive engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts, and X (formerly Twitter).
    Implement a content calendar with a mix of organic and paid content.

🎯 Paid Advertising & Influencer Collaborations

    Run high-converting paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and YouTube Ads) to maximize reach and engagement.
    Identify and collaborate with influencers & sneaker enthusiasts for UGC (User-Generated Content).

🚀 Growth & Engagement Strategies

    Implement viral growth hacks, including referral programs, exclusive pre order incentives, and brand storytelling.
    Monitor and optimize KPIs (engagement rates, CTR, follower growth, and pre launch signups).

Qualifications & Experience:

✅ Proven success in pre launch marketing for e-commerce fashion brands (sneaker industry preferred).
✅ Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator), copy writing, and video editing (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
✅ Experience with paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X).
✅ Ability to create engaging, viral content that resonates with sneaker culture.
✅ Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing strategies.
✅ Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
