i have 2 app one is customer app and other is service provider app

everything is ready and working fine

when customer book the services, we are currently sending notificaiton to service provider app,
 and then service provider needs to click on notificaiton lable , once he click on notificaiton lable,
 the pop up will come with 2 option accept the service or reject the services

what we want is once customer send the request for service, the moment we need to send notification
as pop up with 2 choice accept or reject without click on notification label a
