Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Consultant to advise and guide us in acquiring more traffic for our business. Initially focusing on paid media, we aim to expand quickly into organic traffic strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both paid and organic traffic generation methods and a proven track record of driving significant results.

Responsibilities:

    Evaluate our current marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy to drive immediate traffic.
    Create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
    Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing ad spend and maximizing ROI.
    Develop a robust plan for transitioning to and integrating organic traffic strategies.
    Advise on SEO best practices and oversee the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
    Create content strategies for blog posts, social media, and other organic channels to drive traffic and engagement.
    Monitor and analyze traffic data, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure strategies remain effective.

Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Consultant or similar role.
    Extensive knowledge of paid media strategies and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and other organic traffic generation methods.
    Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    Ability to create and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
    Background in e-commerce or a related field.
    Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo).
    Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
