Schedule Requirements:

    Fluent in English and communicates effectively.
    Available for daily 60-minute meetings from Monday to Friday.
    Can take calls from 9 AM to 1 PM CST (7:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST).
    Occasionally available at 9 PM CST for emergencies (optional).

Responsibilities:

    Participate in daily meetings to discuss project status, tasks, and any potential issues.
    Provide support for emergency fixes and specific tasks as required.
    Work on developing and maintaining the company's web applications using Vue.
    Learn Vue quickly if not already familiar, leveraging past experience with React or NextJS.
    Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of web applications.
    Occasionally provide customer support and be available for emergency tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

    Strong proficiency in full-stack development.
    Experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue, React, or NextJS.
    Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
    Experience with AWS for hosting and managing web applications.
    Strong understanding of web development best practices and standards.
    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

    Familiarity with the Uruk Platform Stack is a plus.
    Experience with self-hosting web applications on AWS.

Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
    Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
